This contract is made between the buyer (referred to as "Buyer") and Moonshadow Munchkins (referred to as "Seller") for the sale of a kitten. By reading and proceeding with the purchase of a kitten from Moonshadow Munchkins, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Health and Veterinary Care
The kitten being purchased has undergone a full veterinary inspection and has received all necessary vaccinations and deworming as per the breeder’s vet. At the time of sale, the kitten was deemed healthy by the Seller’s veterinarian. The Buyer understands that the Seller cannot guarantee the kitten’s health after it leaves the Seller’s care. The Seller can only guarantee the health of the kitten up to the point of sale and cannot be held responsible for any health issues or medical expenses that arise after the kitten leaves the Seller’s premises.
- No Return Policy
Once the kitten has been sold and leaves the Seller's care, there is a no return policy. The Buyer understands and agrees that they are purchasing the kitten with the full knowledge that it has been inspected and deemed healthy at the time of sale. The Buyer is also responsible for all vet fees and care costs incurred once the kitten leaves the Seller’s home.
- Kitten Care Guide
The Seller will provide a Kitten Care Guide to the Buyer at the time of sale, outlining essential care instructions for the kitten’s health and well-being. The Buyer agrees to follow this care guide to the best of their ability to ensure the kitten remains as healthy as possible. The Buyer acknowledges that the health of the kitten is largely dependent on proper care and nutrition.
- Buyer’s Responsibility
The Buyer acknowledges that, while the Seller provides the kitten in good health at the time of sale, the kitten’s health after leaving the Seller's care depends on the environment, treatment, and care provided by the Buyer. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the kitten's well-being upon leaving the Seller’s home.
- 30 Days of Free Pet Insurance
As part of the sale, the Buyer will receive 30 days of free pet insurance for the kitten. It is highly recommended that the Buyer signs up for this insurance as soon as they arrive home with their new kitten. This coverage will provide vital protection during the kitten’s transition into its new home, as kittens can often experience stress during this adjustment period. The Seller encourages the Buyer to activate this service immediately to ensure the kitten’s protection and peace of mind.
- Agreement to Terms
By reading this contract, the Buyer affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above, including the no return policy, responsibility for any veterinary costs incurred after the kitten leaves the Seller’s care, and the responsibility for following the Kitten Care Guide provided by the Seller. The Buyer further agrees to adhere to all stipulations outlined in this contract.
